Information We Collect

We may collect account information, profile details, CV or resume content, job preferences, application records, email leads, generated drafts, and authentication information required to operate the service.

Google User Data

If you connect Google, Career Ops uses Google OAuth to authenticate you and, when you connect Gmail sending, to send emails you create or approve from your Gmail account. Emails sent through this feature appear in your Gmail Sent folder.

Career Ops does not sell Google user data. Google user data is used only to provide authentication and Gmail sending features.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the app, personalize job evaluations, maintain user sessions, save workflow data, send user-approved outreach, improve reliability, and protect against misuse.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers such as hosting, database, AI, and email infrastructure providers only as needed to operate the product.

Your Choices

You can disconnect Gmail access from inside the app or revoke access from your Google Account permissions page.
